Joe Postell is the Assistant Director of the B. Kenneth Simon Center for American Studies at The Heritage Foundation.
The Center for American Studies sponsors lectures, organizes seminars, crafts publications and supports scholars with the objective of teaching policymakers and political leaders about the basic principles of America's political tradition. It also explains the continued relevance and application of those principles in 21st century America.
Before joining Heritage in 2007, Postell taught political science courses at the University of Dallas, where he is completing his doctorate in American political thought and political philosophy. In 2005, he was a Publius Fellow at the Claremont Institute in California and is a member of the American Political Science Association.
Postell has a masters' degree in politics from the University of Dallas and a bachelor's degree in political science from Ashland University in Ohio. He has written papers on subjects that include Plato, Machiavelli and philosopher John Locke.
A native of Marion, Ohio, Postell is proficient in Latin and French. He lives in Washington, D.C.
Dr. R.C. Sproul Jr. is a graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary, and Grove City College. He received his Doctorate of Ministry in 2001. R.C. was the founding pastor of and is a teaching elder at Saint Peter Presbyterian Church, and Founder, Chairman and Teacher of Highlands Ministries. He has written or edited ten books, and contributed to several others. He once wrote for World magazine, and for the Covenant Syndicate.

Scott Klusendorf is the founder and president of Life Training Institute (LTI). He travels throughout the United States and Canada training pro-life advocates to defend their views in the public square and to make their case persuasively in the marketplace of ideas.
A passionate and engaging platform speaker, Scott has appeared on nationally syndicated programs like “Focus on the Family” w/ James Dobson, Billy Graham’s “Hour of Decision,” “The Bible Answer Man” w/ Hank Hanegraaff, “For Faith and Family” w/ Dr. Richard Land, "Faith Under Fire" w/ Lee Strobel," and “American Family Radio” w/ Tim Wildm
His seminars equip pro-life apologists to defend their beliefs in a winsome and attractive manner. Groups that use his training include Focus on the Family Institute, Hume Lake Christian Camps, Summit Ministries, and the MacLaurin Institute to name a few.
As a guest speaker in bio-ethics, Scott has taught pro-life apologetics at Biola University's "Defending the Faith Lecture Series," Trinity International University Law School, and Orange Coast College. He has been invited by student groups as a lecturer to such institutions as Stanford, USC, UCLA, Johns Hopkins, Loyola Marymount Law School, West Virginia Medical School, MIT, U.S. Air Force Academy, Cal-Tech, and University of North Carolina. He has also participated in numerous debates at the collegiate and university levels including a series of debates with the former president of the ACLU, Nadine Strossen.
Scott is the author of The Case for Life (Crossway, 2009), his signature book written to help pro-life advocates understand the intellectual arguments that support their position and to articulate them in a productive and impacting manner. His articles have been published in The Christian Research Journal, Clear Thinking, Focus on the Family Citizen, and The Conservative Theological Journal
Scott is a graduate of UCLA with honors and prior to launching LTI, served as Director of Bioethics for Stand to Reason (1997-2004), and Director of Education for Center for Bioethical Reform (1991-1997). A native of Los Angeles, he now resides in a suburb of Atlanta, GA with his wife and four children.
